Getting exercise merely means raising your heart level for an extended period of time. The key is to find an activity that you enjoy. Go outside and play with your kids, walk your dog, get involved in your favorite sport or merely by a bike and start riding around your town. You' ll be amazed at how exercise can not only improve your chances of never getting organic heart disease but also how getting exercise lowers your stress levels, helps you look great and, generally, improves your quality of life.
